A substantial garden transformation for a coastal property with sweeping views across Sussex. The existing deck area was extended and redesigned to include a raised timber deck with balustrade, an integrated raised planter box for cordyline palms, and a new pergola-style covered extension to the garden room, providing a sheltered outdoor seating area year-round.

The project also included landscaping around the garden room, decking infill panels, and finishing works to tie the different levels together. The cordyline planting and white gravel detailing give the space a distinctly coastal feel that complements the panoramic views.
